Chest value determines if there will be a Chest drop based on 2 components:
PSL: Player Sneaker Luck
PSLC: Player Sneaker Luck Coefficient (Gem/Plugin, NFT badges)
In short, the factors which affect Chest Rarity are:
Energy used in one single session
Luck value of Sneaker
The chest has 10 levels and it costs APE to open. The chest contains Gems and Minting Scrolls. Transferring Sneaker from App Account to Marketplace Account that results in Energy reduction will end up with all Chests getting purged.
